svelte@5.50.3: XHTML compliance and effect fixes svelte@5.50.3

Svelte 5.50.3 shipped with proper XHTML handling, case-sensitive nodeName respect, and cleaner attribute rendering. We also fixed effect state management when components disconnect/reconnect and made sure $effect errors actually bubble to boundaries instead of vanishing. Small patch, but your strict XML environments will thank you.
