Tailwind CSS v4.1.18: Error messages that actually help v4.1.18

Shipped a patch that makes debugging way less painful. Now you get filenames and line numbers in CSS parse errors instead of cryptic messages, plus fixes for source map generation, Ruby comment handling, and a bunch of edge cases with theme keys and arbitrary properties. Small release, massive quality of life improvement.
